Here are the questions most often asked before adoption.

LinkBee is an in-person and remote multilingual customer support solution for international customers. It brings together QR check-in, AI interpretation, remote video consultation, multilingual inbox, and consultation record management.

Use it when international customers visit a store, clinic, exhibition booth, or information desk. Customers scan a QR code to check in, and staff can review their status and respond using AI interpretation and consultation records.

Credits are used for AI interpretation, remote video connections, inbox AI translation, AI suggested replies, AI consultation page generation, and consultation summaries.

No. QR check-in, customer identification, and scheduler intake are included basic features and do not use credits. If AI interpretation/STT is used during an in-person consultation, credits are deducted based on actual usage time.

Remote video consultations are deducted by actual connection time. A 30-minute session uses 1.5 credits. If AI interpretation is enabled, an additional 1.5 credits per minute are deducted while interpretation is on.

No. Inbox chat rooms are managed separately from credits. They are counted based on external messenger rooms where actual customer conversations occurred during the month.

You can purchase inbox chat room packs (100/300/500 units) or move to a higher plan. If the volume stays high, we recommend combining the Business plan with inbox chat room packs.

Yes. Credits are deducted when AI translation or AI suggested replies are used in the inbox. Channel connections and consultation record storage are included basic features.

Consultation summary summarizes the conversation after an in-person or remote consultation ends. It is not an inbox chat room summary feature.

Credit usage and inbox chat room usage can be checked in My Page > Plan and Usage > Credit Usage History. Notifications are also provided when usage reaches certain thresholds.

No. It is off by default and only works within the monthly limit approved by an owner admin or billing admin. The default limit is 30% of monthly base credits and can be adjusted by an admin. Postpaid overage is not available during Free Trial.

No. Ongoing consultations and AI interpretation continue until they end. Restrictions or overage billing apply from new consultations or new AI requests. Original inbox message sending and receiving remain available, while AI translation, replies, and summaries are limited.

Consultation types are purposes customers can choose for support, such as consultation inquiry, reservation inquiry, service guidance, quote request, or visit guidance.

The LinkBee double-sided QR card is included with every plan. Place it on desks, consultation spaces, or stores so customers can scan the QR immediately.

Macros do not use credits, and the number you can save differs by plan (Starter 10 · Standard 30 · Business 100 · Pro custom). Higher plans allow more macros.

The current plans focus on in-person and remote multilingual customer support. Content sales or paid consultation payment features may be provided separately later.

A safeguard that keeps consultations running,
postpaid overage

This feature helps ongoing consultations and service continue even after credits run out.
It only works within the admin-approved limit and is settled on the next billing date based on actual usage.

When base credits are used up

Ongoing consultations continue to the end, and original inbox messages can still be sent and received.

Continue within the approved limit

If enabled by an admin, AI features can continue within the configured monthly limit (default: 30% of monthly credits).

Settled automatically on the next billing date

It is automatically charged to the registered payment card with the next month subscription fee.
The statement shows subscription and overage separately.
